Stecy is a 17-year-old advocate for cervical cancer prevention and child protection. Her journey began at the age of 14 when she prepared to receive her HPV vaccine and chose to turn that moment into a mission of awareness and action.

Since then, Stecy has led annual HPV Vaccine 10km Awareness Runs, successfully organizing four events to promote prevention and early action. She has worked as a high school intern in top government and private hospitals, gaining firsthand knowledge about HPV and cervical cancer.

Passionate about men’s involvement in women’s health, Stecy initiated a father–daughter cervical cancer charity dance to highlight the role of men in prevention and the importance of fathers in children’s lives. She has also fundraised to support women battling abnormal bleeding due to cervical cancer by providing essential supplies such as diapers.

Through school outreach programs, Stecy educates girls about HPV, cervical cancer prevention, and encourages HPV vaccination. She is now leading the Empty Seat Campaign and Flower Ceremony, an annual initiative inviting men to actively stand with women and be part of the fight against cervical cancer.

Stecy continues to use her voice, actions, and leadership to create awareness, inspire prevention, and protect the next generation.
