Soukaina Hguig is a fourth-year medical student completing her MD degree at McGill University. Before that, she completed a degree in health science at Montmorency College. Working on various projects relating to population and global health allowed her to develop a passion for advocacy as well as local and international collaboration to improve health outcomes. Through her training, she was part of initiatives to advance equity, diversity, and inclusion in healthcare policies through evidence-based and personalized patient-centered practices. Having been a tutor for over five years, she values education and knowledge dissemination and hopes to continue partaking in initiatives with a similar lens. Soukaina continues to participate in the conception of social media campaigns promoting sexual and reproductive health. She hopes to combine her passion for advocacy and SRH with her interest in global health to contribute to the HPV Global Action mission.
