I have two backgrounds. One as a clinical obstetrician-gynecologist specialized in gynecological cancer surgery and the other as a public health physician expert in the field of maternal and neonatal health.

I graduated from the first and prestigious faculty of medicine in West Africa, Cheikh Anta Diop University in Dakar, Senegal. I deepened my knowledge in France with a DFMSA in obstetrics gynecology from the University of Paris Descartes, a DIU in colposcopy from Paris Diderot and a diploma in oncological surgery. I am the General Secretary of the Senegalese Society of Colposcopy and HPV Pathology and a member of several national and international scientific societies.

My fields of interest are women’s health with a focus on gynecological cancers and maternal health.
