• HIV-positive individuals between 9 and 26 years of age
• Transgender individuals between 9 and 26 years of age
• Males between 9 and 26 years of age with at least one of the following criteria:
  1. Males who have sex with males (MSM)
  2. Not yet sexually active with self-questioning sexual orientation
  3. Street-involved
• Males between 9 and 18 years of age in the care of the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD)
• Males in youth custody service centres regardless of age
• Males with specific conditions

School-based vaccination program: For all students in Grade 6

Eligibility for the general population: Females born in 1997 or later can receive up to 3 doses if they missed the Grade 6 program (or 2 doses if between 11 and 15 years of age). Males between 11 and 15 years of age can receive up to 2 doses or 3 if the first dose is administered after the age of 15 years.

The free vaccine is also available to:

3 doses are provided to Manitobans with at least one of the following criteria

1. Immunocompetent HIV-infected males between 9 and 26 years of age or females between 9 and 45 years of age
2. Individuals with congenital B cell deficiency, T cell mixed deficiency, phagocytic and neutrophil congenital disorder, complement deficiency or with acquired pre or post-solid organ transplant and hematopoietic stem cell transplant immunodeficiency
3. Incarcerated males 18 years old or younger
4. Individuals with – or having a history of – a recurrent respiratory papillomatosis
5. Gay or Bisexual male individuals between 9 and 26 years of age
6. Transgender individuals between 9 and 26 years of age
7. Females between 9 and 45 years of age with a new high-grade cervical histopathology finding
8. Victims of sexual assault (males between 9 and 26 years of age and females between 9 and 45 years of age)
9. Patients of the Cancer Care Manitoba with malignant neoplasms or hypo-aspleny or aspleny.

School-based vaccination program: For all students in Grade 7

School-based vaccination program: For all students in Grade 6

School-based vaccination program: For all students in Grades 4, 5, or 6

Eligibility for general population: Individuals between 9 and 14 years of age (receive 2 doses) and individuals between 15 and 17 years of age (receive 3 doses)

Free vaccine also available to:

1. Males between 18 and 26 years of age (will receive 3 doses)
2. Females between 18 and 45 years of age (will receive 3 doses)
3. Males 27 years of age or older with ongoing risk of exposure to HPV

School-based vaccination program: For all students in Grade 7

Eligibility for general population: Up to 18 years of age

Free vaccine also available to:

1. Males who have sex with males (MSM)
2. HIV-positive individuals

School-based vaccination program: For all students in Grade 6 or those over the age of 9 years.

Eligibility for general population: For all individuals up to Grade 12

Free vaccine also available to:

1. Males under the age of 26 years who have sex with Males (MSM)
2. Transgender individuals who have not started their HPV vaccine series before September 5, 2017

School-based vaccination program: For all students in Grade 6

Eligibility for general population: Individuals who missed their Grade 6 immunization since 2007 can still receive the vaccine for free

School-based vaccination program: For all students in Grade 4

Eligibility for general population:

• Females between 9 and 17 years of age
• Males with at least one of the following criteria:
• 1. Are now in Grade 4 or were in Grade 4 during the 2016-2017 school year.
  2. Between 9 and 17 years of age with high-risk exposure to HPV.
  3. In secondary 3 with updated immunization status.
  4. Between 9 and 17 years of age in youth rehabilitation centers or homeless or under youth protection services.
• Individuals 26 years of age or younger with known immunodeficiency or HIV-positive
• Males 26 years of age or younger who have or plan to have sex with males

Additional Information:

• Individuals who have started the vaccination in Grade 4 receive 2 doses
• Individuals who begin the immunization at 18 years of age or older are recommended 3 doses

2. Males aged between 9 and 26 years with at least one of the following criteria:
   1. Males who have sex with males (MSM)
   2. Street-involved

Additional Information:

1. The Government of Yukon is also expanding the eligibility of the Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine program to include all Yukoners up to and including age 26.
2. Vaccines do not need a prescription and can be administered free of charge at a local pharmacy
3. Yukoners with no access to a pharmacy will need to go to Whitehorse to receive the vaccine
4. It is not recommended that a COVID-19 vaccine be administered with a another vaccine at least 14 days prior or 28 days after.
