Eligibility for the general population: Females born in 1997 or later can receive up to 3 doses if they missed the Grade 6 program (or 2 doses if between 11 and 15 years of age). Males between 11 and 15 years of age can receive up to 2 doses or 3 if the first dose is administered after the age of 15 years.
The free vaccine is also available to:
3 doses are provided to Manitobans with at least one of the following criteria
- Immunocompetent HIV-infected males between 9 and 26 years of age or females between 9 and 45 years of age
- Individuals with congenital B cell deficiency, T cell mixed deficiency, phagocytic and neutrophil congenital disorder, complement deficiency or with acquired pre or post-solid organ transplant and hematopoietic stem cell transplant immunodeficiency
- Incarcerated males 18 years old or younger
- Individuals with – or having a history of – a recurrent respiratory papillomatosis
- Gay or Bisexual male individuals between 9 and 26 years of age
- Transgender individuals between 9 and 26 years of age
- Females between 9 and 45 years of age with a new high-grade cervical histopathology finding
- Victims of sexual assault (males between 9 and 26 years of age and females between 9 and 45 years of age)
- Patients of the Cancer Care Manitoba with malignant neoplasms or hypo-aspleny or aspleny.

Eligibility for general population:
- Females between 9 and 17 years of age
- Males with at least one of the following criteria:

- Are now in Grade 4 or were in Grade 4 during the 2016-2017 school year.
- Between 9 and 17 years of age with high-risk exposure to HPV.
- In secondary 3 with updated immunization status.
- Between 9 and 17 years of age in youth rehabilitation centers or homeless or under youth protection services.
- Individuals 26 years of age or younger with known immunodeficiency or HIV-positive
- Males 26 years of age or younger who have or plan to have sex with males
Additional Information:
- Individuals who have started the vaccination in Grade 4 receive 2 doses
- Individuals who begin the immunization at 18 years of age or older are recommended 3 doses

Yukon | HPV VACCINE LOCATOR NEAR ME
School-based vaccination program: For all students in Grade 6
Eligibility for general population: For females aged between 9 and 14 years who started their vaccine series before their 15th birthday outside of the school-based program and females aged between 15 and 18 years at the time of the first dose
Free vaccine also available to:
- HIV-positive individuals
- Males aged between 9 and 26 years with at least one of the following criteria:
- Males who have sex with males (MSM)
- Street-involved
Additional Information:
- The Government of Yukon is also expanding the eligibility of the Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine program to include all Yukoners up to and including age 26.
- Vaccines do not need a prescription and can be administered free of charge at a local pharmacy
- Yukoners with no access to a pharmacy will need to go to Whitehorse to receive the vaccine
- It is not recommended that a COVID-19 vaccine be administered with a another vaccine at least 14 days prior or 28 days after.
