Social Media Coordinator

(She/her/hers)

As of 2021, I am a Bachelor of Communications graduate from Mount Royal University in Calgary, Alberta. With a major in Information Design and minor in Women and Gender Studies, my objective has always been focused on assisting others in accessing the most critical information through new technology and design.

My educational background also includes a work term in Barcelona, Spain where I was able to see first-hand how European marketing and social media teams strategize and attract their audiences. On returning to Canada, I began my journey in combining my passion for marketing and community engagement with volunteering through non-profit organizations that are founded on social issues related to gender inequality. By bringing awareness to these social issues, I also recognize the importance in normalizing and creating a safe discussion around sexual and reproductive health.

In my role as Social Media Coordinator, I hope to connect and engage younger age groups to the information related to positive sexual and reproductive health conversations. With the goal to create content that is easily accessible, inclusive, and visually appealing to all viewers.
